Check photos closely.
CONDITION
:  In clean, well-read condition . Staples have no rust,
center page is loose from the staples (see photo #9
), a couple pages with 3-4" tears at the spine have been neatly taped, and the covers have some edgewear, creases and fine tear mended on the inside cover.  Always stored in a clean environment - sold by owner.
Combined shipping
is available when items pack well together, are paid with one Payment transaction and shipped to one address.
First Class items combined don't always save on shipping
. If paid before getting the combined shipping quote, surplus postage over will be refunded. Shipping charge includes a small package/handling fee.
To speed delivery and make tracking immediately available, I hand-deliver packages to the post office by next postal business day and wait for the package to be scanned into the USPS system. Not marked as shipped UNTIL label printed/date shipped.

The book will be carefully wrapped and shipped in a box
. Clean packaging is used; never, never newspaper or "paper" envelopes . . . padded or otherwise. Kept in a SMOKE and PET-FREE home. Any detectable odors will be noted in the description.
