This is a jukebox EP that plays at 33 1/3.  These were not made for very long and it is RARE.
The vinyl is clean, some scuffing
Side 1 - House by the Side of the Road; My First Love; Because of You.
Side 2 - I'll Close My Eyes; My Funny valentine; Bewildered.
The vinyl is graded as VG / VG- with some scuffing.
The labels are VG+ with no writing
The card stock picture sleeve is VG+++ with original plastic wrap, NO  jobber writing on back side, see picture;
Also included is a CARD / STRIP OF
at least
(5) jukebox strips, marked with jukebox label,
and
no
square mini album pictures
Strips are M- or better.
Collectors take advantage, this record, in this condition is rare.
