For many years The annual Astronomical Calendar from Guy Ottewell was the most creative and useful sky guide available. His over-sized, magazine-format publication described everything that would happen in the sky during the coming year.
This 73-page, beautifully illustrated version from 2016 is in very good condition, with only the slightest of minor bumping to the corners (four attached photos).  Pages are all intact, clean and free of any markings, highlighting, underlining or marginalia.  The three-stapled spin is secure and original.  There is a minor 1/2" crease to the top inside corner of page 37 (see attached photo).
A nice archival addition to your sky library.
