1.Please make sure the audio devices work properly, connect the plug of the PS4 gaming headset to audio source correctly.
2.Ensure the key sound switch has been turned on.
3.Turn up the sound volume lever with the volume control.
4.Please check your device system settings to make sure that the settings output sound from the headphones;
5.Maybe there is a problem with your device, try to replace the device, such as mobile phones, computers and other devices that support 3.5mm ports;

1. Please test it with your cellphone before apply the headset on your PS4, to make sure it works well.
2. Insert the headset with 3.5mm jack plug into the Gamepad.
3. Then long press the PS4 button to enter the System Settings.
