Sort of a decoupage design, but with a glass top coat
Border is a teal blue and gray gradient
Made by a Montana artist

No real signs of wear
The coating did not quite reach the tip of one of the blades- other than that, a super nice piece

UPDATE:
I do accept returns, but due to the high cost of shipping I will now only be refunding the original price of the item, NOT including original shipping, unless I grievously misrepresented the item or there is an extenuating circumstance that the buyer first contacts me about. Also, buyer pays return shipping costs.  Refunds will be issued when an item is returned in its original condition as soon as the item is received and inspected. I do try to work with my customers, so please contact me if you are unhappy with your item and we will try to work it out. Thank you.
