Return Conditions

All new items must be in their original factory-sealed condition, unopened and unused.  Unopened items may be returned within thirty (30) days from the shipment date at the buyer's expense for a full refund, less shipping and handling costs.
If a new item has been opened or used after delivery, unfortunately it cannot be accepted for a return.
Buyer agrees to pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee applies (to cover Paypal, eBay, and any other related processing fees)
