stained cover and pages, cover loose, a filler issue.
GOOD
-   Issue a little rough, some splits at spine, tape on cover,
damaged
or missing centerfold, water damage,
stained pages,
loose cover.
VERY GOOD
- Issue a little rough around edges, may have a crease or
two, may have water marks, light dog earing, centerfold
may be loose, etc.
EXCELLENT
- A nicer issue, cleaner pages, may have a small crease,
tight staples and centerfold.
NEAR MINT
- Issue is almost perfect, may have a little nick or ding.
MINT
-    There is no such thing as a MINT magazine but this is as good
as it gets.
There may also be a
+
or a
-
by the grade on a issue. Example  (Excellent+
means it's not Near Mint but a little better than Excellent.)
