MEASUREMENTS

This item measures 11 x 17 inches (folded down to 8-1/2 x 11 inches).
CONDITION
:
The outside covers have light scuffs, small scratches, small creases along spine and middle fold, item has been folded horizontally in its middle, and has very light yellowing due to age
.  The inside pages have light creases and just a bit of yellowing from age.
