Perfect chance to add this Neat Tourist Patch to your collection at a great price.
These are NOS New Old Stock patches that you would find and local gift shops in the late 1960s through the 1980s.
This is about 3" inches high and 2.5" high and is a cloth embroidered patch.
This is the "Phoenix Public Library, 1987, Get Stuck on Books" patch
This one is in great shape, this is nice, near but not perfect.
I would think these are best for Display, as they are now collectors Items.
