Really neat vintage 1950's Katona Productions Hollywood Hillbillies "Stars of TV - Records - Stage and Screen" souvenir program! Tommy Lee Scott (June 24, 1917 – September 30, 2013) aka Ramblin' Tommy Scott was a leader of what he calls “America’s Last Real Medicine Show.”
Program includes both color and black and white photos of all the stars of the show, their performances and their acts. Tommy Scott was quite a
colorful & musical character with many talents started his career as a medicine show performer in the 1930s. A television pioneer, in 1946 he filmed fifty-two quarter-hour shows for syndication. Recorded for several labels, including King, Bullet, and Four Star. Briefly appeared on the Grand Ole Opry as a ventriloquist. Cool slice of days gone by, we have several copies (plus a medicine show edition too) if you are interested in more than 1 copy we will happily combine shipping to save on costs.
Program is in great vintage condition! No rips or tears! The usual pre-loved light surface wear , discoloration in seam and corner rimples from years of adding flair to Ethel's Hollywood Hillbillies memorabilia collection, but nothing that distracts!
