Vintage Foodland Poster Large Cannon Bath Towel INV-AO10

Description

For sale is an original sale poster for Foodland. The poster was made to show that you can get a free large Cannon bath towel when you save in cash register tapes. I don’t know the exact year but I’m guessing this to be around the 1950s or so. The poster measures approximately 36 inches tall by approximately 24 inches wide.
Please refer to the pictures for the actual condition of this item. There are creases in the poster, and there might be some light staining. There are all some tears on the edges of the poster. These were retained samples that the print shop held onto and never sent out to the customer.
on a scale of 1 to 10, with 10 being the best, I would grade the overall condition of this at a 5... mainly due to creases, staining, and tears.
The round weights in the picture are there to help keep the poster from rolling up… They are not for sale and not included in this listing.
These vintage posters all came from the original print shop where they were produced, in continental Ohio. The print shop was around from around 1906 enclosed sometime around 2014.
