Wall Art Railroad Plaque

“The General Washington “ by Wm. Norris. 1836. Beautiful piece of art. This is a hanging wall plaque. There is a small amount of damage to the year. The flexures the general Washington train. On the backside is a sticker says V. G. Japan. It was dated October 13, 1973 Eriks trip to Wilmington and western RR. So we know it’s from 1973. Excellent condition just needs a slight cleaning.
